New multi-specialty SRV hospital opens in Mumbai

Spread over 25,000 square feet, the SRV Hospital will provide patients 24-hour emergency service, surgical treatments in all major specialties and a well equipped outpatient department.
"It is important to provide quality healthcare services to every nook and corner of the city. Hospitals like SRV Hospital will make quality treatment available to the people residing in western suburbs and other parts of the city as well," said Subash Desai, Maharashtra's industries minister, at the inauguration ceremony of SRV Hospital.
Abhay Vispute, the founder-chairman of SRV Hospital, said, "It is an initiative in providing the best healthcare facilities closer to the people residing in western suburbs. Equipped with excellent medical infrastructure and staff, we wish to transform the way our city views healthcare delivery."
The hospital is situated in Goregaon, a suburb of the city with a population of 2.75 lakh.
