Resident Doctors in Maharashtra organise blood donation drive
To celebrate the 69th Independence day in the country, residents doctors in Maharashtra organised a series of blood donation camps throughout various hospitals in Maharashtra. These included JJ Hospital, Kem Hospital, Nair Hospital, Ambajogai hospital, BJ medical College, Pune and many more. The blood donation drive was accompanied by a series of panel discussions on topics concerning healthcare today organised by MARD at JJ hospital, Mumbai. These included issues like doctors protection act, NORI, the mental health bill 2013Â as well as state organ transplant act.
