Creatine has the potential to induce a quick increase in water weight due to the supplement's ability to attract water into your muscles' cells. You may feel swollen or puffy in your arms, legs, or stomach if your muscles retain this water. After only a few weeks of exercising, your muscles may even start to look bigger.
