Dr Naresh Trehan, a prominent cardiovascular and cardiothoracic surgeon and pioneer in the medical sector, was awarded the Padma Shri and Padma Bhushan. He serves as the Chairman and MD of the Medanta Medicity. The Escorts Heart Institute and Research Center was also established by him.

Dr Pramod Kumar Julka is a well-known oncologist, medical educationist and writer, renowned for executing the first peripheral blood stem cell transplant in India after high-dose chemotherapy for metastatic breast cancer. He previously held the position of Dean (Academic) at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences. He received the Padma Shri award in 2013.

Dr Arvind Lal is a widely recognised pathologist and founder of 'Dr. Lal Path Labs'. He is a Padma Shri recipient and the first civilian doctor to have the honorary rank of Brigadier in the Indian Army.

Dr Noshir Minoo Shroff is an Indian Ophthalmologist and the medical director of the Shroff Eye Center and is well-known for doing intraocular lens implantation surgery there. He received the Padma Bhushan for his contributions to the medical community from the Indian government.

Dr Navin Dang is an esteemed recipient of the Dr B C Roy National Award for his work in the socio-medical arena. He is credited with establishing high standards for diagnostics in India as the founder and head of Dr. Dangs Lab. Additionally, the Government of India nominated him to serve on the Ethics Committees of the Medical Council of India and the Delhi Medical Council.

Dr Sanjay Sachdeva is the Director (ENT) at Max Healthcare and was formerly the Director (ENT) at Fortis Healthcare. His areas of expertise include endoscopic laser surgery and cochlear implants. He has co-authored publications for the National Book Trust of India, including "Easy Guide to Ear, Nose, and Throat."

Dr Cyrus M Shroff has spent more than 34 years exclusively practising vitreoretinal medicine and surgery. He currently serves as the Medical Director of the Shroff Eye Centre and has previously held the positions of President of the Delhi Ophthalmological Society (2015–2016), President of the Vitreoretinal Society of India (2008–2010), and Honorary Ophthalmic Surgeon to the President of India (1997–2002).

Dr Mahipal S Sachdev serves as the chairman and medical director of the Centre for Sight network of eye hospitals. For his outstanding work in the medical profession in 2007, he received the Padma Shri award.

 Dr Arvinder Singh Soin is a Padma Shri recipient and the pioneer of liver transplantation in India. He oversees Medanta Medicity, Gurgaon's largest liver transplant program and the second largest in the world.
