FRUIT JUICES INSTEAD OF FRUITS
Even though drinking only juices can revitalise and replenish our body and mind, doing so can result in less fibre being consumed. Consuming fresh fruits and vegetables raw is always preferable to drinking fruit juices. This maximises nutrient intake and prolongs your feeling of fullness.
JUNK FOOD
Junk foods, like fried food, are very unhealthy. The majority of fast food contains a lot of sodium, which further dehydrates the body. Thus, junk food is particularly inappropriate for the summer.
