SOME SUBSTITUTES FOR BUTTER TO STAY HEALTHY

Although butter is a common ingredient in many different types of food, it is also high in calories and saturated fat, both of which are bad for your health. Thankfully, there are a number of healthy alternatives to butter that you can use when baking and cooking.
GHEE
The nutty, creamy flavour of ghee, also known as clarified butter, is legendary. Ghee is a better option for people who are lactose intolerant or allergic to milk because it contains very little lactose. It should only be consumed in moderation though, as it does contain saturated fats. The best application for ghee is as a butter alternative in baked goods like bread and cookies.
NUT BUTTER
We can substitute nut butter for regular butter in various ways, from cashew to almonds. This butter increases the meal's nutritional value and is ideal for vegans. Nut butter can make baked goods denser and slightly alter their flavour and aroma when used in them.
OLIVE OIL
Olive oil is yet another substitute for butter, which can be used to prepare a variety of delicacies. Given that it comes from plants, has a high concentration of monounsaturated fats, and is loaded with antioxidants, olive oil is actually a healthy option for baking.
HUMMUS
Hummus, which is made of chickpeas, might be a better choice than butter. It can perfectly suit your dietary requirements and objectives and is low in fat.
YOGHURT
By removing the water content, yoghurt or curd can easily take the place of butter's thick and creamy texture. In fact, replacing the creamy flavour and texture of butter without sacrificing flavour is simple when marinating or cooking food with curd. Yoghurt and hang curd can both be spread on toast and in sandwiches.
AVACADO
Avocado is a fantastic substitute for butter because it has a similar texture and consistency and because we are all aware of its many health benefits. Avocados are a good source of heart-healthy monounsaturated fats as well as vital vitamins and minerals. APPLESAUCE
