THINGS TO REMEMBER WHILE MEASURING BLOOD PRESSURE

During the measurement, sit in a chair, upright, back straight, and feet flat on the floor.
Make sure the cuff bladder encircled 80 per cent or more of the arm circumference.
Always place the cuff on bare skin, not over a shirt
Keep the cuffed arm on a flat surface, like on a table and at heart level.
Do not talk while blood pressure is being measured.
