TOP UK SCIENTIST SUGGESTS EAT REAL FOOD;  SUPPLEMENTS OFFER NO HEALTH BENEFITS

A leading UK scientist advises avoiding such health supplements since they are nothing more than a drug corporations' money-making plan with no real health advantages.
According to the Daily Mail, King's College London genetic epidemiology expert Professor Tim Spector advised individuals to consume "real food" instead.
He also advocated for a diet that was primarily plant-based and had little to no ultra-processed food. According to Spector, the majority of supplements are produced in Chinese factories and research has revealed that they are completely ineffective.
According to Spector, who was quoted in the report, these supplements are produced by the same businesses that will someday grow to be the world's largest food producers. He continued by saying how much money they spent. They are not these small artisans working in Somerset's back of a shed to produce a good organic supplement. You have no control over their composition or how well they work because they are all made in big factories in China.
Therefore, the scientist concluded, "We're total mugs spending all that money on supplements when we need to be spending it on actual food.
For vegans who don't consume enough foods high in iron, he continued, the only vitamin that has any value is B12. Despite the fact that it is "impossible to completely eliminate all the unhealthy foods," Spector argued that people must be taught how to recognize them.
He claimed that eating real food "could massively increase the life expectancy of the poor and our health span". According to the report, Spector also asserted that adopting a plant-based diet will benefit the environment. He claimed that giving up meat is more effective than forgoing driving and not traveling for vacations overseas.
