New Delhi: Drug firm Aurobindo Pharma has received tentative approval from the US health regulator for its Ritonavir tablets used for treatment of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection.
The United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) has given tentative approval to Aurobindo Pharma's Ritonavir tablets in the strength of 100 mg, FDA said on its website.
Established in 1986, Aurobindo Pharma is present in semi-synthetic penicillins and therapeutic segments such as neurosciences, cardiovascular, anti-retrovirals, anti-diabetics, gastroenterology and cephalosporins, among others.
