  2. It is good the he is elected.IMA must strive : To reduce cost of private medical care…corporatization of hospitals especially medical tourism to be regulated & controlled…safety & security of professionals in public sector….bringing back dignity to profession & the health systems in control of eminent doctors …. Strict control on proliferating labs & diagnostics…bringing \’ campus placement\’ to doctors in their final year….ensuring that if regulations like exit exams are enforced then these should be applicable to all professions including legal..engineering..architecture…arts& crafts…aviation …defence.. .teaching….etc……IMA should reflect national interest as its prime interest…

  3. Dear Dr Aggarwal, congratulations. But what I know about you is something intriguing. You want current system of MCI to run as long as it can despite so many scams and bribery scandals appearing almost everyday before Hon\’ble Supreme Court finally intervened. You don\’t want NEET as IMA is a body of private doctors. Even if some private doctors own medical colleges, you should think more about students than your colleagues. You don\’t want exit exam as that will hurt economics of owners of such private doctors running private colleges. I wrote all these matters several times on your facebook and twitter accounts without getting any reply. Now finally when you have been elected President , please clarify your stand.
