Hayat hospital, a city based service provider in Guwahati has joined hands with the Medanta hospital to provide quality healthcare infrastructure to the local people here. Taking into consideration the lack of latest diagnostic equipment required for congenital heart surgeries, Medanta has forged a permanent partnership with Hayat to reduce the problem in the North Eastern States of India.
This announcement coincides with a heart check up camp organised at the Hayat hospital premise recently, in association with Medanta.
A team of doctors, led by Dr Munesh Tomar, director, Paediatric Cardiology, and Dr Kartikey Bhargav, senior consultant, Clinical Cardiology of Medanta, were present at the free heart-checkup camp. As a part of the noble initiative, the local journalists from the print and electronic media, along with their family members, will be given special preference on doctors’ consultation and a discount of 75 per cent will be provided to the scribes.
