Ambala: Two ASHA workers were nabbed for conducting an illegal sex determination test of fetuses, state health department officials said.
An ultrasound and cash of Rs 20,000 were seized from their possession.
She asked the ASHA workers that she would pay an amount of Rs 20,000 for conducting the gender determination test. The team of doctors followed the decoy woman and nabbed both the Asha workers and brought them to police station where a case was registered, the department said.
