Even having double the number 1078 is of substandard medical colleges is of no use. Sub standard medical colleges with silly teachirs, stupid students is more of nuisance. Unfortunately number of such substandard medical colleges are increasing day by day.. Both in government , as well as in private. Probably it is way get rid ever increasing population of our country. ( kind of hidden agenda, well played conspiracy by the policy makers).
