"AIIMS values the commitment of its students and faculties who have made AIIMS a front-runner research institute in the country. It has signed MOU's for research collaborations with IIT Delhi, IIT Kharagpur," he said.
The premium institute had earlier entered into a strategic partnership with University College London (UCL) to expand medical research while increasing the number of academic opportunities and staff as well as student exchange programmes.
The Medical Dialogues team reported that AIIMS and UCL got into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) wherein a formal Letter of Intent has been signed between UCL’s President and Provost, Professor Michael Arthur and Director, AIIMS New Delhi, Professor Randeep Guleria on February 22nd.
