Madhya Pradesh: Angry after no action was taken against culprits who had brutally assaulted their two colleagues, 35 doctors associated with the government hospital in Madhya Pradesh's Tikamgarh district have now submitted their mass resignations
The ugly incident goes back to 16th August 2017, when the attendants of an elderly woman, who died at the hospital, brutally assaulted two doctors-Dr Amit Shukla and Dr Vikas Jain. Doctors approached the local police, filing a complaint, but the FIR was lodged under sections 323 (Punishment for voluntarily causing hurt) and 324(Voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons or means) of the IPC
