58 posts approved for upgrading status of Kalanwali CHC : Vij

The two specialists in 12 doctors have been deputed at the sub-divisional hospital in Narwana. Of these two specialists, one is eye specialist and other is a doctor of Bio-Chemistry.


Chandigarh: Haryana Health Minister Anil Vij said that 58 different posts have been approved upon upgrading the status of Kalanwali Community Health Center and the posts would be filled up soon.


Replying to a question raised in the ongoing Budget Session of Haryana Vidhan Sabha, Mr Vij said that the Community Health Center, Kalanwali is being provided with basic amenities. For this, two medical officers, one laboratory technician, one radiographer and others have been deputed for 60 days.

The Minister said that the proposal for the construction of Primary Health Center in Guhla-Cheeka has been sent, which would be constructed soon.


In reply to another question, he said that two specialists in 12 doctors have been deputed at the sub-divisional hospital in Narwana. Of these two specialists, one is eye specialist and other is a doctor of Bio-Chemistry.

Apart from this, five specialists have been deputed in the hospital for 60 days. This included specialist of Gynaecology, Anesthesia, Surgery, Child Specialist and Ultrasound trained.
