Bangalore: St. Johns Medical College to offer more MBBS seats

Karnataka: Bangalore will witness an increased accommodation of MBBS seats, with St. Johns Medical College announcing an increase in its MBBS student’s intake by 90 seats.
The decision will be implemented for the next academic year 2016-17. As a result, there will be 150 MBBS seats offered at the college, taking the total up from the existing number of 60 seats.
While the students will continue to appear for the entrance test, and will be allotted the seats basis the test; however, going forward the first 30 rank holders will be given an allotment preference irrespective of their categories.
