Vikram Hospital in Bengaluru has introduced a unique concept of a Mobile-Lite-App-like website, which is a technology gig to provide better healthcare services to its patients. It is a recent concept and trend being followed across different product or service in various industries.

The patients can now access the healthcare services provided by the hospital in a mobile browser setting on a website-without actually downloading an app. So, you access a website which has an app-like user interface.

The Mobile-Lite-App-like site is easier to use, and quicker to access as it reduces the time to navigate the site in a 24x7 emergency services also. Besides, it also provides better accessibility for requesting an appointment, ‘click to call’, social media connectivity etc. on ease via any mobile. As reported by the Express, Sudhir Pai, Executive Director & CEO, Vikram Hospital, Bengaluru said, ‘Patients prefer convenience and quality service in minimum time and for us their satisfaction is of utmost importance. Mobile-Lite-App-like website is integrated and comprehensive software which helps the patient to access the doctors at their convenience.’

In addition, the new system will also provide ready assistance to the patients to book an appointment, make emergency calls, know more about the specialties, doctors, master health check-up packages, and international services.

It is a unique technology concept with an aim to make the patients more comfortable with the services of the hospital. It also provides a new web-based platform for patients and Vikram Hospital to access the specialties and other services at the hospital.
