Bihar: Doctor booked for allegedly raping a tribal girl

Jamui: A private doctor allegedly raped a tribal girl at Raghunath village under Jhajha police station in the district. Police said here that the doctor, identified as K.K. Sethi, allegedly outraged the modesty of a 16-year old tribal girl when she had gone to his clinic for treatment. An FIR had been lodged at the police station concerned against the doctor on the statement of the victim. The minor girl has been sent to local Sadar Hospital for her medical examination.
The doctor is absconding after locking his clinic. Raids are being conducted to nab the culprit, police added.
