CMC Ludhiyana opens applications for MD/MS/MDS courses

Christian Medical College (CMC), Ludhiana has invited applications for admissions to Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS) and Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) programmes in various specialisations for the session commencing 2016. The duration of the courses is 3 years. The last dates for applying for the courses are January 11 and January 15, 2016, respectively.

Eligibility criteria


Educational qualification:


MD/MS Programmes: The candidates applying for admissions should have MBBS degree from any medical college recognised by MCI or foreign medical degree included in the schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 and the candidates should have obtained full registration from the Medical Council of India or any of 8 the state medical councils after completing compulsory rotating internship.

MDS Programmes:
 The candidates applying for admissions should have passed the final professional BDS examination from any recognised university and have completed 12 months paid compulsory rotating internship programme (as prescribed and approved by Dental Council of India) by March 31, 2016.

Selection process:

The candidates will be selected on the basis of online admission test conducted by the university.

The candidates can apply for the admissions through the official website, the link for which is www.cmcludhiana.in.

After filling the application form, the candidates are required to send the application to  'The Registrar, Christian Medical College, Ludhiana-141008'.

MD/MS Programme:

The last date for online application is January 8, 2016.

The last date of receiving application forms is January 11, 2016.

The date of admission test is January 24, 2016.

MDS Programme:

The last date for online application is  January 13, 2016.

The last date of receiving application forms is Friday, January 15, 2016.

The date of admission test is January 24, 2016.
