New Delhi: Delhi High Court directed GB Pant Hospital to immediately admit a young critical heart patient and provide treatment to her free of cost.


Jasmeen, 13, was denied treatment at GB Pant Hospital despite a written request by LNJP (Lok Nayak Jai Prakash) Hospital.


Jasmeen’s father on Monday moved the Delhi High Court. After hearing the matter, Delhi HC directed the hospital to immediately admit the girl and provide her treatment free of cost.
