In an Instagram reel it is claimed that ghee, turmeric, and black pepper drink prevents or cure PCOD. In the reel by chatterbitespodcast it is said, "You will never have PCOD, you will never have fibroids in your uterus, gall bladder stones will never form, you will never get a "ghanta" (swelling), any woman who has periods, regardless of the flow, should take a spoonful of ghee from the first day to the fifth day continuously. You should drink it on an empty stomach in the morning. Add a pinch of turmeric and a pinch of black pepper to it.
It will ease period pains, regulate the flow, and balance your periods. You will never have PCOS, fibroids, gall bladder stones, or swelling. But you must drink it while sitting in a squat position in the morning on an empty stomach. Make sure to start drinking from the first day of your period and continue for the next 3-5 days until your periods end. When your periods stop, reduce it to half a spoon.
If your periods stop at the age of 48 or 50, then take half a spoon of turmeric in warm water with a pinch of black pepper. After this, also drink a herbal tea made of giloy and tulsi leaves. This will purify your body and any hot flashes and menopause-related problems will be resolved.
For girls whose periods haven't started yet, those around the age of 11-13, give them a full spoon of ghee along with 10-15 neem leaves made into a chutney.
