Goa: IMA organises flash mob, street play to create awareness on alcohol, substance abuse
Panaji: Indian Medical Association (IMA) in association with its Medical Students Network (MSN) and Alcoholics Anonymous, a non-governmental organisation (NGO), organised a flash mob and a street play at Kadamba Transport Corporation (KTC) Bus Stand at Margao in South Goa recently.
The activity was done to create awareness on alcohol and substance abuse among the public.

Dr Anil Mehndiratta, President, IMA Goa State, Dr Rajesh Patil, Honourary Secretary, IMA Goa State, and Dr Yogita Walke, Coordinator for IMA MSN, spoke on ill effects of substance abuse. This was followed by a silent walk by the medical students from KTC Bus Stand to the Margao market.
