Government spends Rs 20 crore on 5 research centres annually: AYUSH Minister

NEW DELHI: The Ministry of AYUSH spends approximately Rs 20 crore annually on its five research centres across the country, the government said.
The centre spends Rs 8,59,89,000 on Central Council for Research in Homeopathy (CCRH), Minister of State for AYUSH, Sripad Yesso Naik, said in a written reply to the Rajya Sabha.
The council functions through a network of 40 institutes and units located in different parts of the country.
