According to TOI report, the complainant in her complaint stated, "It all began in 2013-14, when the hospital received an RTI application, whose information I furnished as the then state public information officer (SPIO). At the hearing of the first appeal, which was held in Dr Rajora's room, he threw a file at me in anger for furnishing the information without his permission. That file struck my chest and the papers inside were scattered all over the floor. I felt humiliated and left the room in grief. I later got to know he was misappropriating funds with help of other officials, which the RTI threatened to expose. My harassment began from that day."

"I was deputed to CHC Farrukhnagar although I was undergoing chemotherapy in Gurugram. I completed my deputation and returned to my original posting in the CMO's office. By then, Dr Rajora had been transferred to Faridabad. However, four months ago, he returned and immediately sent me away on deputation once again. The state women's commission conducted an inquiry against my complaint and found him guilty. Apparently, he has a past record of similar misdemeanour with other female colleagues," she further added.

The Chief Medical Officer, however, denied the allegation and said that doctor herself was indulged in frequent insubordination, inefficiency and mudslinging.

The doctor told The Tribune, "The doctor was found leaking official information, instigating and hiring people to file RTIs and malign the department's image. There have been repeated complaints of non-performance against her not just from the hospital but also the centre of her deputation. None of the inquiries, be it by the ADC or even the women's commission, found me guilty of any sexual misconduct."
