Himachal Pradesh to launch mission Indradhanush 2.0 in district Chamba

Shimla: Himachal Pradesh to speed up the mission Indradhanush-2.0, aimed at achieving full immunisation coverage for all children and pregnant women, would be launching it in Chamba district, a statement said here on Thursday.

Health Minister Vipin Singh Parmar state decided to speed up the central funded immunisation programme.

He participated in the video conference addressed by Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan with the Health Ministers and officers of all the states of the country.

The government of India has identified Chamba district for intensified mission Indradhanush 2.0 which would be launched in four phases in first week of December 2019.

The Minister said that all the arrangements have been completed for starting this campaign and the beneficiaries have also been identified, the statement added.
