HP: Subject to the MCI permission, there is expected to be a launch of two new medical colleges in the state. These medical colleges will be opened in Nahan and Chamba this year after the mandatory permission has been granted by the MCI. The announcement was made by the health minister Kaul Singh Thakur in the assembly recently.
Further reports suggest that the state government has already approached the MCI seeking permission to start the first batch from August this year.
