Hyderabad: Health Minister C. Laxma Reddy informed the Legislative council of  14 unqualified persons who were found to be treating patients unethically in the last one year. Hyderabad: Health Minister C. Laxma Reddy informed the Legislative council of  14 unqualified persons who were found to be treating patients unethically in the last one year. In an attempt to put an end to the practice of medicine by unqualified practitioners, the State Medical Council has initiated action against two such people.

Five complaints had been received since 14 January 2016 regarding medical practitioners who were into modern system of medicine. The police are further probing the matter inform the minister
