JIPMER Puducherry Senior Resident Recruitment 2016

Eligibility criteria:

Educational qualifications:

The candidates should have post graduate medical degree (MD/MS/DNB) in their respective disciplines from recognised universities.

Age limit:

The candidates whose educational qualification is post graduation faces a maximum age limit of 33 years. For candidates who hold post-doctoral degrees, the maximum age limit is 35 years.

Relaxation in age limit is provided in accordance with government rules.

Selection procedure:

The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the written test followed by a personal interview, which would be conducted on the same day.

Pay scale:

The candidates with postgraduate medical degree recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI) will get salary in the pay band of Rs 18750 and grade pay of Rs 6600.

Application Process:

Eligible, interested candidates can attend the written test/interview scheduled to be held at the Innovation Centre, Ground Floor, Administrative Block, JIPMER, Puducherry- 06.

The students needs to carry their filled in application form in the prescribed format and other required documents.

Application fees:

The candidates belonging to general and OBC categories will have to pay Rs 500 towards application fees, while those belonging to SC/ST category will have to pay a sum of Rs 250 as application fees. The fees should be paid in the form of a demand draft, drawn in favour of 'The Director, JIPMER, Puducherry 06'.

PWD candidates are not required to pay any fees.
