New Delhi: The Lady Hardinge Medical College (LHMC), New Delhi has announced Vacancies for Senior Resident posts on an ad-hoc basis in various specialties in this medical institute.
LHMC, which is one of India's oldest and most established medical colleges, is undergoing a major infrastructural change under the Comprehensive Redevelopment Project to meet the modern-day health needs of the patients and the educational needs of the students studying here. This Medical and Nursing College was the first Medical College to be built in Delhi soon after it became the capital after being shifted from Calcutta in 1912.

The vacancies are in the Departments of - Pediatrics Medicine, Radiology, Surgery, Medicine, Anesthesia, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Neonatology, Radiotherapy, Microbiology, Orthopedics, Neurology, Forensic Medicine, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Anatomy, Dermatology, Pathology, ENT, and Ophthalmology.
Dates of Walk-in-Interview Start is 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th May 2023.

How to Apply for Eligible Candidates?
The candidate must bring the filled application form as per the format given in Annexure-I and also paste a recent passport-size photograph. The duly filled application in all respects should be submitted by the applicant before the interview board on the day of the interview. All the required certificates duly self-attested by the applicant must be attached to the application. The candidates must carry their original certificates at the time of the interview to verify by the members of the Selection Board. Please note that any discrepancy pertaining the documents may invite cancellation of the offer of appointment as well as legal action under the relevant provisions of the Indian Penal Code(IPC)
Eligible candidates will present themselves for registration in Convocation Hall (near Director Office) on the day & time specified for Registration of the particular specialty along with all relevant documents in original together with self-attested copies of all documents in support of their candidature for the post, two passport size photographs and the complete application form duly filled and a photo ID. Separate applications along fees are required to be submitted for each specialty
Candidate must bring the following original certificates with photocopies of self-attested at the time of registration/counseling/interview:
a. Certificate in support of age (10th Certificate)
b. Experience certificate, if any.
c. Registration certificates with Delhi Medical Council/receipt of registration.
d. Mark Sheets of MBBS /BDS/MD/MS/DNB, MDS (all year).
e. MD/MS/DNB/Diploma Pass & Experience Certificate
f. Internship Completion Certificate.
g. EWS certificate issued by the competent authority as per DOPT for GOI job.
h. SC/ST/OBC Caste certificate in the prescribed format by Govt. of India.
i. Caste/ community/disability certificate where applicable. Identity proof viz. Addhar Card, Voter Card, Driving license, Passport etc.
