Bhopal: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Bhopal) has announced vacancies for the Assistant Professor Post on a Contractual basis in various departments in this medical institute.

AIIMS Bhopal is a premier Institute of National Importance (INI) esAIIMS Bhopal is a premier Institute of National Importance (INI) established by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY) with the aim of correcting regional imbalances in quality tertiary level healthcare in the country and attaining self-sufficiency in graduate and postgraduate medical education and training.

The vacancies are in the Departments of General Medicine, Nephrology, Pulmonary Medicine, Gynaecology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Burns & Plastic Surgery, and Neonatology.

The last date of submission of online application is 20th February 2025.

Date & Time of Reporting, for document verification and Interview will be 04th March, 2025 (Tuesday) and 05th March, 2025 (Wednesday) respectively.

Eligible Candidates (How to Apply):-

1. All interested candidates, fulfilling the eligibility conditions are hereby instructed to submit their filled in application form in the prescribed format as available on the Institute's website by email at recruitment.contractual@aiimsbhopal.edu.in within 10 days of the publication of this advertisement along with requisite documents in support of their eligibility.

2. The candidates are required to bring the same filled in application in the prescribed format along with proof of identity, date of birth, eligibility qualification mark sheets, degrees, experience certificate, No objection certificate and other relevant documents in original and one set of self-attested copies of the documents and the application fee (if applicable) in the form of demand draft at the time of document verification which will be conducted one day prior to the date of interview that shall be notified separately on Institute’s website.

3. Candidate should present latest by 10:00 AM for document verification on the date of document verification at the venue i.e. Sardar Vallabh Bhai Bhawan, AIIMS, Bhopal (M.P.) with all relevant documents in original with one set of self-attested copies & 02 passport size color photographs for document verification. The candidates reporting after 12:00 PM, will not be allowed to appear in the document verification process unless exceptional exigencies.

4. The Executive Director, AIIMS Bhopal reserves the right to reschedule the date of Interview, time and venue at any stage of Interview. In case the number of candidates are more than 1:10 ratio, a screening test may be conducted. 9. Place of Interview: The document verification/ interviews will be held at Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel Bhawan (Medical College Building) AIIMS, Saket Nagar, BHOPAL-462020.

5. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the document verification/ interview. 10. Short-listing: After scrutiny/verification of the documents as per eligibility criteria/ conditions/NOC for specified candidates, only eligible candidates will be allowed to appear before the Selection Committee for interview. All aspiring candidates are advised to make their own stay arrangements as the interview will be conducted on next day.

6. Date & Time of Reporting for document verification & for Interview will be notified separately on AIIMS Bhopal website.

7. Place of Interview: The document verification/ interviews will be held at Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel Bhawan (Medical College Building) AIIMS, Saket Nagar, BHOPAL-462020. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the document verification/ interview.

8. Document Verification for the aforesaid posts will be conducted one day before the date of their Interview as per above schedule. Hence all candidates are hereby instructed to report at 10:00 AM positively on the respective date of document verification as mentioned in the above schedule. Candidates shall not be allowed for the same after 12:00 PM unless extreme exigencies.

9. The candidates are required to bring the same filled in application in the prescribed format as submit by E-mail along with proof of identity, date of birth, eligibility qualification mark sheets, degrees, experience certificate, No objection certificate and other relevant documents in original and one set of self-attested copies of the documents and the application fee (if applicable) in the form of demand draft at the time of document verification.

10. If any candidate fails to attend the document verification than he/she may not be allowed for interview and his/her candidature shall be treated as cancelled.

11. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the above document verification and interview. Document verification/Interview may also continue on the next working day, if required. Therefore, candidates are advised to come with preparation to stay for next day accordingly. Candidates will have to make their own stay arrangements.

12. The Document Verification & Interview will be carried out at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Bhawan (Medical College Building), AIIMS Bhopal.

13. The reporting time for Interview is 09:00 AM to 09:30 AM positively on the respective date of interview as mentioned in the above schedule.

14. Candidates are requested to keep visiting Institute’s website on regular basis, any change in interview schedule will be notified on website only. No separate communication will be sent in this regard. AIIMS, Bhopal reserves the right to rectify inadvertent error or printing mistake, if any.
