New Delhi: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences, (AIIMS Delhi), has invited applications for the Junior Resident Post for the July 2024 Session in different specialties in this medical institute.

AIIMS, New Delhi is an Autonomous Body established under an Act of Parliament. As a part of its activities, the Institute is running a large teaching hospital for training of undergraduate and postgraduate students in the various fields of Medical Sciences.

AIIMS Delhi Vacancy Details:

Total no of Vacancies- 77

The vacancies are in the Department of - Blood Bank (Main), Blood Bank (CNC), Burn and Plastic Surgery, Community Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Emergency Medicine (Trauma Centre), Nephrology, Neuro Surgery, Neuroradiology, Orthopedics(Trauma Centre), Paediatrics, Psychiatry, Rheumatology, General Surgery, Transfusion Medicine (NCI), Pathology (NCI), and National Centre for Ageing.

The Last Date of Submission of the Application is 09th November 2024.

The Counselling of candidates for allotment of these posts will be held on 13th November 2024 at AIIMS, New Delhi.

How to Do Online Registrations and Submission of Application Form for Eligible Candidates?

1. It may be noted that the opportunity for counselling/selection will be permitted initially to Remaining Waiting list Candidates against vacant posts for July, 2024 Session, which will be held on 13.11.2024. The fresh request will be considered in the Counselling held on 13.11.2024 as per their merit in Last PG Exam otherwise aggregate percentage % in MBBS, in Case overall post are not filled or remained vacant in the Counselling dated 13.11.2024. Candidates must note that NO SEPARATE INTIMATION WILL BE SENT FOR THE COUNSELLING except email.

2. Remaining waiting list candidates are not required to apply, they will be called for counselling directly as per their merit in waiting list for July 2024 session. The form can be downloaded from the Institute websites www.aiims.edu, www.aiimsexams.ac.in. The offline application form can also be obtained from Academic Section from 10:00AM to 04.00 PM on all working days and from 10.00 AM to 12.00 noon on Saturday.

3. Duly filled in application form should reach to the undersigned latest by 09.11.2024 by 1:00 PM. Late and incomplete applications will not be considered. The Counselling of candidates for allotment of these posts will be held on 13.11.2024 at 09.00 AM in the Jawaharlal Auditorium/Conference Hall/LT near Academic Section-I, AIIMS, New Delhi, at AIIMS, New Delhi for the waiting list candidate. The Counselling of Fresh Candidate will be held on 13.11.2024, if all the posts of Junior Resident(s) in the Counselling dated 13.11.2024 are not filled.

4. Other terms & conditions of service/recruitment shall remain same as indicated in the Advertisement published for July session.

5. The number of vacancies indicated against each post/category is provisional and may vary at the time of selection without any notice.

6. Candidate must note that NO SEPARATE INTIMATION WILL BE SENT FOR THE COUNSELLING.

Note: Please note that the joining of selected candidates will be on 14.11.2024 in working days only. No extension will be given for joining. In case, selected candidates will not join after taking vacant post in Counselling, a penalty of Rs. 1 Lakh will be required to submit for releasing the original documents submitted at the time of Counselling.
