Greater Noida: The Government Institute of Medical Sciences, (GIMS Greater Noida), has invited applications for the post of Faculty on Contractual Basis in various departments in this medical institute.

GIMS Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar (UP) is an autonomous medical teaching institute established by the State Government of Uttar Pradesh established since the 15th of February 2016. The institution is registered with Society as an autonomous institution on the lines of SGPGI Lucknow. The Chairperson of the Institute is Shri (Dr) Anup Chandra Pandey, Chief Secretary, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh; Vice Chairperson is Dr Rajneesh Dube, Principal Secretary of Medical Education.

The vacancies are in the Department of - Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Obs & Gynae, Anaesthesia, ENT, Community Medicine, General Medicine, General Surgery, TB & Chest, Dermatology, Paediatrics, Pathology, Pharmacology, Physiology, Forensic Medicine, Biochemistry,  Microbiology, Radio Diagnosis, Psychiatry, Emergency Medicine, and Blood Bank.

What are the General Conditions for Eligible Candidates?

1. The application form needs to be filled out online.

2. The application will only be considered if the following documents are uploaded online:

a. Date of birth certificate as mentioned in Matriculation certificate.

b. Certificates of academic qualifications including Mark sheets and Degree from each institution of higher learning attended and official transcripts of each examination passed (If the records are not in English/Hindi, a certificate English/Hindi translation must be provided).

c. Complete teaching and other experience certificates.

d. Reprints of Five (maximum) best original manuscripts published/under publication as per MCI regulations.

e. If belonging to Schedule caste/Schedule tribe/other backward class categories etc., a certificate issued from the competent authority of U.P. Govt. in support of the claim.

f. No Objection Certificate from the present employer.

g. A declaration that the entries made by you in the application are correct to the best of your knowledge and that nothing has been left out by you intentionally.

h. Details of the Online Payment/demand draft or its scanned copy.

3. Hard copy of the application, self-attested documents, and demand draft has to be sent by registered post/Speed post/ Courier by 4th July 2022 and addressed to the Director, Government Institute of Medical Sciences, Kasna, Greater Noida (Gautam Budhha Nagar) -201310, UP (India).
