New Delhi: The Lady Hardinge Medical College (LHMC), New Delhi has announced Vacancies for Assistant Professor posts on a contract basis in various specialties in this medical institute.
LHMC, which is one of India's oldest and most established medical colleges, is undergoing a major infrastructural change under the Comprehensive Redevelopment Project to meet the modern-day health needs of the patients and the educational needs of the students studying here. This Medical and Nursing College was the first Medical College to be built in Delhi soon after it became the capital after being shifted from Calcutta in 1912.

Total no of vacancies: 22
The vacancies are in the Departments of - Anaesthesia, Biochemistry, Paediatrics, Paediatric Surgery, Radiotherapy, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Pathology, Surgery, Blood Bank, Orthopaedics, and Radiology.
The dates of the interview are From 18th to 21st December 2023.

How to Apply for Eligible Candidates?
The eligible candidates will have to register themselves for interview from 10.30 am to 11.30 am in the Convocation Hall near Director's Office on the day specified for interview of a particular specialty along with the application duly filled in the prescribed format as per annexure-I with all relevant documents in Original (i.e. Certificate in support of age, educational qualifications, Experience, Medical registration, attempt certificate, mark sheets, conference attended and publications etc.) together with the self-attested copies in support of their candidature for the post. No application will be entertained after 11.30 am.
Only twenty candidates will be interviewed in a day. In case the number of candidates is more than twenty, then the candidates registered after the 20th number, the interview for such candidates will be held on the subsequent days as per date and time to be announced at the time of registration (which will be done only on the 1st date advertised for the interview for a particular specialty).
