Mumbai: The Employees State Insurance Corporation Hospital (ESIC Model Hospital Mumbai) has announced vacancies for the post of Senior Resident on a contractual basis in this medical institute.

Senior Resident:- 14

The vacancies are in the Department of- Anaesthesiology, Medicine, ENT, Pathology, Microbiology, Ophthalmology, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Radiology, Orthopaedics, Surgery, Biochemistry, and Casualty.

Senior Resident against GDMOs:- 08

The vacancies are in the Department of- Anaesthesiology, Medicine, Radiology, and Surgery.

The dates of walk In interview are the 5th and 6th of December 2022.

Venue of Interview:- Administrative Block„ 5th Floor, ESIC Model Hospital Recruitment Branch, ESIS Hospital Kandivali, Premises Akurli Road, Near Thakur House, Kandivali East, Mumbai-400101.

What are the Instructions For Candidates?

Interested candidates may appear for the Walk-in interview as per the given Schedule along with their original Documents & Xerox copies in support of their Date Of Birth, Proof of Educational Qualification, and Experience Certificates. Caste Certificates as per Govt. of India formats, Non-Creamy Layer Certificates as per Govt. of India format valid for the current year/latest in case of OBC (Format Enclosed), Economically Weaker Sections Certificates as per Govt. of India Format valid for a current year. They are advised to appear for the interview with duly filled "Annexure-A" which is available on the website.

Documents Required (Please carry out the original documents along with 1 set (xerox copy) on the date of the interview for verification.)

i) Matriculation Certificate for Age Proof.

ii) Proof of Educational Qualification.

iii) MMC/MCI Registration Certificates.

iv) Internship Completion Certificate. v) Latest Cast Certificate/Non-Creamy layer Certificate/ EWS Certificate.

vi) Experience Certificates, NOC letter, Reliving letter from the employer if already employed.

vii) Fee for General, EWS & OBC is Rs. 300/- for SC & ST is Rs. 125/- (Nonrefundable) (DD in favor of ESI Fund A/C No. 01, Payable at Mumbai) & No fees for Women & PWD.

viii) Two Photographs (PP Size)

ix) Duly filled Bio-data form as per "Annexure-A" (To be filled by the Candidate only Capital letter)
