Nashik: The Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has released vacancies for the Post of Part Time Ophthalmology on a temporary basis in the Industrial Health Center, HAL.
The history and growth of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited are synonymous with the growth of the Aeronautical industry in India for more than 79 years. The Company which had its origin as Hindustan Aircraft Limited was incorporated on 23 Dec 1940 at Bangalore by Shri Walchand Hirachand, a farsighted visionary, in association with the then Government of Mysore, with the aim of manufacturing aircraft in India. In March 1941, the Government of India became one of the shareholders in the Company and subsequently took over its management in 1942. In collaboration with the Inter Continental Aircraft Company of USA, the Company commenced its business of manufacturing Harlow Trainer, Curtiss Hawk Fighter, and Vultee Bomber Aircraft. In January 1951, Hindustan Aircraft Limited was placed under the administrative control of the Ministry of Defence, Government of India.

What are the General Conditions for Eligible Candidates?
1. Interested candidates who meet the above criteria may report for Walk-in-Interview at HAL Main Hospital, Ojhar Township, Tal. Niphad, Nasik-422207, at 1000 hours on 28-10-2022, with filled-in application in the prescribed format as at Annexure-I and enclosing self-attested photocopies of Certificates/documents in Proof of age, qualification, experience, training, etc. and all original Credentials.
2. The selected candidate will be engaged initially for a period of two years, which may be extended further for one year based on the requirement of the Hospital and the performance of the Doctor.
3. The performance of the Specialist will be assessed by the Head of the Hospital during the said period. He/She will be reporting to the Head of the Hospital.
4. Only Indian Nationals need to appear for the Walk-in-Interview.
5. The requirement is purely on a temporary basis and there are no provisions for regularization.
5. HAL reserves the right to modify/alter/restrict/enlarge/cancel an advertisement, if the need so arises, without issuing/assigning any further notice/reasons thereafter.
