Bhubaneswar: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences, (AIIMS Bhubaneswar) has announced vacancies for the Assistant Professor post on a contractual basis in this institute.
AIIMS, Bhubaneswar has been established as an Autonomous Institution and Institute of National Importance through the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012. Under this Act, the Institute grants its own medical degrees and other academic distinctions.

Eligible Candidates How to Apply:-
The candidates, willing to appear for an interview may report at Video Conferencing Room, Ground Floor, Academic Block, AIIMS, Bhubaneswar. The candidate should bring duly filled application proforma attached as Annexure-I along with original & self-attested copies of all the testimonials/certificates in support of the qualification and experience for the applied post. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates appearing for the interview.
Information to the Candidates:-
1. The All India Institute of Medical Sciences is an autonomous body established under the Act of Parliament.
2. Service under the Institute is governed by that Act and the Rules & Regulations framed thereunder.
3. The Institute strives to have a workforce that reflects gender parity and women candidates are encouraged to apply.
4. All the posts carry usual allowances as admissible to Central Government Employees of similar status at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
5. The post(s) is/are the whole time and private practice of any kind is prohibited.
6. The candidates are likely to be posted at rural health and urban health centers or other centers attached to the Institute for the period to be decided by the Institute as applicable.
7. Canvassing of any kind will be a disqualification.
8. The candidate should not have been convicted by any Court of Law.
9. In case any information given or declared by the candidate is found to be false or if the candidate has willfully suppressed any material information relevant to this appointment, he/she will be liable to be removed from the service and any action taken as deemed fit by the Appointing Authority.
10. The Competent Authority reserves the right of any amendment, cancellation, and changes to this advertisement as a whole or in part without assigning any reason or giving notice.
11. The decision of the Competent Authority regarding the interview, verification of documents, and selection would be final and binding on all candidates. No representation/correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
12. All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Law at Bhubaneswar.
