Walk-In-Interview At ESIC Hospital Kolkata For Faculty Posts; Details

Kolkata – The Employees State Insurance Corporation Medical College and Hospital (ESIC Hospital Kolkata) has released 23 vacancies for faculty Posts of Associate Professor and Assistant Professor in ESI PGIMSR on a Contractual basis. The selection will be done based on Walk-in-interview.

Employees' State Insurance Corporation is a statutory body constituted under an Act of Parliament (ESI Act, 1948) and works under the administrative control of Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India.

Total No of Vacancies: 23

Associate Professor  - 13

Assistant Professor - 10

The Vacancies are in the Department of- General Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Anesthesia, Pathology, Blood Bank, and Pediatrics.

Date for Walk in Interview: 15th, 16th, and 17th July 2020.

Note:

1. All the candidates are requested to appear for the document verification one hour before the interview with protection like protective gear like cap masks goggles, face shield, and carry sanitizer and maintain social distance.

2. At the entry of the venue, a candidate will be subjected to thermal screening. The only candidates with normal temperature will be allowed to appear in the document verification and interview.

Application Process:

1. The candidates should appear for document verification one hour before the scheduled time of "walk-in" for an interview at the venue.

2. The ESIC PGIMSR & ESIC MEDICAL COLLEGE, JOKA reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage at its discretion, and such decision will be binding on all concerned. 

HOW TO APPLY?

The candidate should check his/her eligibility against the advertised criteria for each post before applying. Only eligible candidates should appear for the walk-in-interview with the following documents in original along with two sets of self-attested copied on the stipulated dated, time at venue mentioned. 

a) Two sets of the prescribed application form enclosed with this notification must be printed on A4 size paper and properly filled up and submitted at the time of verification on the day of the walk-in-interview.

b) Two recent self-attested color passport size photographs.

c) Two sets of self-attested copies of certificates and testimonials in support of:

(i) proof of age/date of Birth(Secondary exam certificate/admit card).

(ii) Category (SC & ST), Category OBC, and Category EWS in up to date Government of India Format, Subcategory.

(iii) Educational Qualifications: (MBBS Certificate, Post Graduate certificate, & any other certificates from matriculation onwards).

(iv) Registration certificate issued by State Medical Council/MCI.

(v) MCI recognized teaching experience issued by the Head of the Institute or Head of the Department.

(vi) Research Publications in Indexed Journals.

(vii) Pension Payment Order (PPO), in the case of retired employees from Govt. organizations.

(Viii) NOC for in-service candidate from employer (ix) Service bond release certificate if applicable along with original documents.
