New Delhi: The Employees State Insurance Corporation  (ESIC), New Delhi has released Vacancies for the Faculty post at ESIC Medical College, Basaidarapur on a Contractual basis. The selection will be made on the basis of performance of the candidate in interview before the selection Board.

ESI is a statutory body constituted under an Act of Parliament (ESI Act, 1948) and works under the administrative control of the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India.

ESIC Hospital Delhi Vacancy Details:

Total no of Vacancies: 15

Professor - 03

The Vacancies are in the Department of- Immuno-Hematology/ Blood Transfusion Medicine, ENT, and Radio-diagnosis.

Associate Professor - 07

The Vacancies are in the Department of-  Immuno-Hematology/ Blood Transfusion Medicine, General Surgery, ENT, Medicine, and Radio-diagnosis.

Assistant Professor - 05

The Vacancies are in the Department of- Immuno-Hematology/ Blood Transfusion Medicine, Anesthesia, Surgery, Radio-diagnosis, and Orthopedics.

Date for Walk in Interview: 15th September 2021.

Venue and Reporting Time of Interview: Dean Office, 5h Floor, MS Office Building, ESI-PGIMSR, Basaidarapur, New Delhi - 110015 At 9.00AM To 11.00AM.

What are the General Instructions?

1. Mere submission of application does not confer any right to the candidate to be interviewed.

2. Application should be submitted on the day of the interview along with required testimonials in the prescribed format only. The candidates are required to bring all the documents in original on the date of interview along with self attested copies. The applications found to be incomplete will be summarily rejected.

3. Wrong declarations/submission of false information or any other action contrary to law shall lead to cancellation of the candidature at any stage.

4. Opportunity of interview given to candidates will be on provisional basis.

5. The interviews will be conducted at DEAN OFFICE, 5th Floor, MS Office Building, ESI-PGIMSR, BASAIDARAPUR, NEW DELHI-110015. However, ESIC reserves the right to change the centre, if needed.

6. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing for interview.

7. The ESIC reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage at its discretion and such decision will be binding on all concerned.

8. As per ESIC HQRS office Memorandum No. L-11/12/3/2014/PG-Basai/Vol-1/MEC(PF) dated 11.09.2010:

a) Candidates with eligibility for a higher post i.e. Professor/Associate Professor would be permitted to be interviewed against a lower post i.e. Associate/ Assistant Professor.

b) In event of selection of such candidates, the candidates in the cadre of Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor would be considered for placement with suitable up-gradation of the lower post as per eligibility; and recommendation of the selection board.

c)The up-gradation would be temporary and limited to the tenure of the teaching faculty/until the appointment of regular incumbent in the lower post.
