Excessive wax a risk factor of ear diseases in children

According to the survey undertaken by a Lucknow-based health-tech start up, 1,000 school- going children in Jhansi, Lakhimpur Kheri and Lucknow were surveyed. Of these, 23.4% children aged between 7 and 14 years were found with an ear disease. Hence, the survey concluded that presence of ear wax can be an indicator of ear disease in children.
