NEET UG Cut-off 2023: Top medical colleges accepting 300-400 scores for MBBS admission

This year, NEET UG was conducted for 1872341 candidates at different centres in 499 Cities throughout the country, including 14 cities outside India, on 07 May 2023 (Sunday) from 02:00 PM to 05:20 PM (Indian Standard Time).

Medical Dialogues team reported that National Testing Agency (NTA) would release the provisional answer key on the official website. The answer key is expected to be announced this week, and results will be announced in June.

'The Kerala Story' clash: 5 medicos sustain injuries, FIR lodged, 10 rusticated from GMC hostel

Authorities have rusticated 10 students from Government Medical College (GMC) hostel for two months and also debarred them from attending classes till the completion of an inquiry following a scuffle over ‘The Kerala Story’ movie.

GMC Principal Shashi Sudhan Sharma also requested Senior Superintendent of Police, Jammu, to take all precautionary measures, including deployment of additional police personnel around the hostel and college premises, to avoid any law and order problem.

NMC specifies role of institutes to ensure optimal functioning of medical teachers

In the recently released guidelines on "Professional Responsibilities of Medical Teachers", the National Medical Commission (NMC) has specified about the support framework to ensure the optimal functioning of medical teachers and especially the role of the medical institutes in this context.

The Ethics and Medical Registration Board (EMRB) of the Commission has clarified that the Institutions and departments also have an important functioning in enabling teachers to conduct their roles responsibly and ethically.

FDA cancels licences of 38 Nashik chemists in a year

Food and Drugs Administration (Drugs), Nashik suspended licences of 121 chemists and cancelled licences of 38 in the last financial year.
