The Right to Health Bill in Rajasthan has become a bone of contention between the medical fraternity and the policymakers. The law is being criticized for failing to meet doctors' worries. Doctors point out There is no definition of What constitutes an emergency and suddenly right to health bill seems to have taken shape of right to treatment. No opinion was taken from doctors while drafting the bill, they allege and the bill will have a great impact on medical practitioners
