CGHS rates for 36 radiological, imaging investigations revised by Health Ministry

 After revision of the CGHS package rates of consultation fees, ICU charges, room rent etc., the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) has now revised the CGHS rates for 36 radiological/ imaging investigations.

The list of radiological investigations for which the CGHS rates have been revised includes ECG, Echo, Fetal ECHO, Stress Echo, D-Stress Echo, MRI Cardiac, USG Colour Doppler Pregnancy, Testicular Scan, Thyroid Scan with Technetium 99m Pertechnetate, TMT, USG for anomalies scan, USG Whole abdomen/KUB, USG Pelvis/Gynaec, USG Breasts, HSG, USG guided FNAC, X-Ray abdomen AP Supine or Erect (one film), Chest X-ray PA View, Chest X-ray lateral view, IVP, MCU, RGU, Mammography B/L, NCCT Head, MRI Brain, MRI Orbit, MRI Wrists single joint without contrast, MRI Wrists Both joints without contrast, MRI Knee single joint without contrast, MRI Knees Both joints without contrast, MRI ankle single joint with contrast, MRI Ankle Both joints with contrast, MRI whole Spine Screening, MRI Whole Spine, CECT Thorax, and HRCT Chest.
