Delhi AIIMS appoints anaesthesiology professor as officer-in-charge of security services
The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi has appointed Dr Shailendra Kumar, an additional professor of anesthesiology as the officer in charge of security services. This move aims to streamline coordination between the security department and patients, faculty and students at the institute.
The officer in-charge (OIC) of security will ensure that the needs of patients, staff and students are considered in a more holistic manner while planning deployment of security guards.
