Seeing an increase in air pollution in Delhi and the surrounding National Capital Region (NCR), doctors have urged people to wear masks when going out of their homes. National Capital Delhi is observing the highest Air Quality Index (AQI) of the year. AQI of 999 was recorded in Delhi's Anand Vihar on November 2, while several areas in Greater Noida crossed the 700 mark.
Common symptoms observed include prolonged cough, sneezing, wheezing, shortness of breath, burning and watery eyes, headaches, and fatigue.
