A recent incident on an Air India flight from Delhi to Toronto involved Dr. Sundar Sankaran, a doctor from Bengaluru, who was called upon to assist a middle-aged woman experiencing seizures and disorientation before takeoff. Dr. Sankaran, along with a radiologist from Toronto, Satheesh Krishna, attended to the woman, and with the assistance of doctors from Medanta Hospital, successfully offloaded her from the flight. The Air India staff received praise for their cooperation and professionalism during the incident.
