Goa HC orders completion of NEET PG 2025 counselling without altering reservation policy

The High Court of Bombay at Goa recently directed the Goa Government to complete the admission process for postgraduate medical courses at Goa Medical College for the academic year 2025-2026, without changing the reservation policy rules mid-process.

In its order, the HC bench has ordered that the admission process must be conducted strictly under the rules that were in force as of November 3, 2025. With this direction, the court has ensured that the PG medical admission process gets completed under the existing reservation policy.
