HC Dismisses NEET Paper Leak Accused's Arrest Challenge, Imposes Rs 25,000 Cost

The Delhi High Court recently dismissed a plea by a NEET-UG (National-Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test Underhraduate) Paper leak accused, who had challenged his arrest.
A division bench of the Delhi High Court comprising Justices Navin Chawla and Ravinder Dudeja rejected the plea, terming it as "absolutely meritless" and observing that it was an abuse of process of law.
