Important FAQ's on Omicron released by Health Ministry

Answering the various doubts of the members of the public on the new Omicron Variant, the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has issued answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on the new variant of COVID19, classified as Omicron (B.1.1.529) by the WHO on 26th November 2021.

The FAQs range from the understanding on the omicron variant its diagnosis, the efficacy of the vaccine against it and also whether there will be third wave in India.
