Lucknow Doctor, Wife Booked Over Alleged Multi-Crore Fraud Linked to Forged Trust Deed
In a shocking incident, a doctor and his wife have been booked in Uttar Pradesh's Lucknow for allegedly opening bank accounts using a forged trust deed and carrying out financial transactions worth several crores through those accounts. The case was registered following a court's direction after the complainant alleged that previous police complaints had not resulted in an FIR.
According to the complaint, two bank accounts were opened in 2022 at the RBL Bank branch in Indiranagar, Lucknow, in the names of Hind Institute of Medical Sciences, Safedabad (Barabanki) and Hind Institute of Medical Sciences, Ataria (Sitapur), both institutions operating under the Hind Charitable Trust.
